Dr. Lauren Bush is a licensed physical therapist with 17 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and a deep passion for helping people on their healing journey. Originally from Indiana, she earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from DePauw University and went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from IUPUI in Indianapolis.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Bush has pursued extensive post-graduate training through the Institute of Physical Art, the McKenzie Method, and visceral manipulation with the Barral Institute. In addition, she is a certified yoga teacher and a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, blending traditional physical therapy with holistic approaches to support the whole person.
After the birth of her daughter nine years ago, Dr. Bush became especially committed to women’s health and pelvic floor therapy. This personal experience sparked her dedication to helping women navigate the postpartum season with the care, knowledge, and empowerment they deserve.
At the heart of her work is a passion for helping people live a life they love — free from pain, fully present in their bodies, and connected to their own potential for healing.
